In 1956 Jensen Meat was originally formed and was owned and ran by Royce Jensen. In Oct, 2014 it was passed on to Brian Jensen, a third generation meat cutter/butcher who is now owner and operator. He is now passing the knowledge on to his five sons who one day will carry on the tradition. We offer full animal and traditional meat processing. Our facilities are known for our smokehouse where we use all natural smoke, no chemicals. We use a process for aging beef up to 30 days in a temperature controlled environment that was adapted from Germany. The owner is a 3rd generation meat cutter and customers claim it is the best meat with better flavor than any they’ve ever had.
